The Masterplan

The masterplans below are from May 2025 and were shown at the second public exhibition.  

This masterplan will be the basis for the application submission, albeit with some updates to reflect recent pre-application discussions with the Council.

The masterplan is a guide setting out how we think the development should incorporate the new homes, open spaces and other facilities and amenities we want to deliver on Land at Littleham.
